I have been finding it very hard to find time to post but I have been back to running and lifting. I have started using the Afterburn training program and I really like it! Unfortunately, I think I strained an abdominal muscle so I took a couple of days from lifting. I'm hoping to get back to 3 days of lifting and 5 days of running (yes I know that makes 8 days - Wednesday is a double day).
This week I've only lifted once but I was able to run 5 days with a total mileage of 34.9. The funny thing is that not too long ago I would have cringed at that type of mileage. Well it is time to get the kids ready for bed.
